Empowerment through coaching

Many many years ago, in a far far away country, the current prime minister publicly boasted his full knowledge of what Socrates had written (the ancient Greek philosopher, not the famous Brazilian soccer player of the 70s).

Such a labor should not have consumed too much of his valuable time, as Socrates didn’t write anything at all; well, at least nothing that has survived the passing of the centuries. (…)   the Socratic approach turns out to be an indispensable transmission vector when talking about coaching. (…)
